This return policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement or refund for products bought from DubaiPak.com.

When you can request a return or replacement
- You received the wrong product.
- The product does not work when you receive it (dead on arrival) because of a manufacturing defect.
- The product arrived damaged in transit. Please check the parcel when it is delivered.
Time limit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a wrong, defective or damaged product. Defects found after this period are handled under our Warranty Policy.
What this return policy does not cover
- Physical damage, water damage, burning or voltage damage caused after delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents or incorrect installation.
- Products that have been opened, repaired, modified or tampered with without our authorisation.
- Compatibility issues: if a working scanner is not supported by your software. Please confirm compatibility with us before ordering.
- A change of mind, where the product is working and as described.
- Products returned without their original packaging and included items.
How to request a return
- Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- Send photos or a short video showing the problem if we ask for them.
- We will tell you how to send the product back. Do not send a product without contacting us first.
- We inspect every returned product before approving a replacement or refund.
Replacements and refunds
If your claim is approved, we will replace the product or, if a replacement is not available, offer a refund for the product price. Refunds are made by bank transfer to an account in your name, or by another method we agree with you. We will tell you the expected timing when your claim is approved.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched it is handled under this Return Policy.
