About us
dubaipak.com is an online store operated by DubaiPak.com, based in Karachi, Pakistan. We sell biometric fingerprint scanners and related products.
Product information
We try to describe products accurately, including specifications and condition. Product images are for illustration and the actual product may look slightly different. Products marked “Used” are pre-owned. Specifications are based on manufacturer information; please confirm that a product is compatible with your software before ordering.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery is free on biometric scanners; accessories and barcode scanners have a PKR 200 delivery charge per order, shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
Orders and order confirmation
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products. You will receive an order confirmation email, and we may also confirm by phone or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery details cannot be confirmed, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the payment.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order is dispatched after the payment is received.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies.
Returns and warranty
Returns are handled under our Return Policy and warranty claims under our Warranty Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details, a valid mobile number and a complete delivery address.
- Be available to receive the delivery.
- Check that the product is compatible with your software and system.
- Use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Use of the website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse its content. Website content, including text, images and branding, belongs to DubaiPak.com or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data or business, arising from the use of products bought from us or from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
