Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important:
If the product is completely fine and has no fault, the return will NOT be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to our address mentioned above.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged / Wrong Items

Please check your parcel at the time of delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items with no fault
  • Used or damaged items (by customer)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or customized products

Warranty Policy

  • No warranty on physically damaged items
  • Cables & accessories are not covered
  • Only motherboard is covered (if untampered)
  • Warranty will be void if:
    • Product is opened, repaired, or modified
    • Seal is broken or tampered
  • No warranty for:
    • Water damage
    • Burn or voltage issues
    • Misuse or mishandling

Only manufacturing faults are covered under warranty.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about approval.

If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
